Kate Ferdinand took to her Instagram stories to reveal she was scared to go inside her first baby class with her son Cree.

The new mum confided with her followers that she felt ‘nervous’ ahead of going into the class and asked if any other parents shared similar worries and anxieties.

“Guys, I’m really nervous - I’m scared to go,” she revealed to her 1.4 million Instagram followers as she sat in her car preparing to attend her first baby class with Cree, who was born in December 2020.

“Does anyone else feel this way. He’s asleep in the back - is he going to wake for the class? Do I wake him? Are people going to be nice to me? Does anyone else feel like this. I just hope I’m not the only one who feels nervous before doing things like this.”

The former reality TV star has been open and honest about motherhood with her followers online and recently spoke about her traumatic cesarean.

She recently revealed that she couldn’t walk for over six weeks after having the surgery back in December.

She was feeling nervous about going into the class

Kate told The Mirror: "I had an emergency C-section, that's like major stomach surgery, so you really have to ease yourself back in and listen to what the doctor said.

"I don't think I could train for six weeks, I didn't even really walk for six weeks I don't think, and then I've been gradually building it up slowly."

"I was a bit of machine before I had a baby I realise, just a crazy workout machine, and now I just take it as it comes.

"I'll try and do as much as I can but if it doesn't feel right on my scar I'll just tone it down."

The fitness fanatic first graced our screens as a cast member on TOWIE but quit the hit Essex TV show once she began dating her now husband, Rio Ferdinand back in January 2017.
